I had mine a couple of years ago (no polyps, good for another couple hundred thousand miles). When they injected it, they told me to count backwards from one hundred. I only had enough time to say "that ain't happening" before what I can only describe as "a wall of sleep" slammed into me like a giant wave. I could feel it coming and knew there was no stopping it.

Apparently I was fricking hilarious when I came out of it. When the nurse brought my wife (no pics) in and said "someone is here to see you" my response was to look flatly at both of them and say "doctor, I've never seen that woman before".

It seems I'm allergic to Propofol. Not long after I went under I broke out in heat rashes so they had to give my Benadryl.

Also, when they woke me up all I wanted to do was go back to sleep. Thirty minutes later it was like I was a kid who had gotten a full night's sleep.
