We recently went to this for upper management. I had 3 weeks so I am sticking to 3 weeks. They wanted that vacation off the books plain and simple. There is no "unlimited" PTO at all
ETA: I would be careful using too much depending on industry. It could be used to show how you aren't needed if you take too much
