I can't bring myself to understand what the frick is actually being said/proposed here because the language is all over the place. It reeks of someone trying to post like Q in riddles and fragmented sentences, but just comes off as slightly insane

At the end she mentioned the dissolution of some longstanding agreement between the US, the U.K. and the Vatican .....and the US loaded 650 plane loads of gold when the agreement was terminated?
