I just heard that he was really professional, trustworthy, comes across as a man of integrity that families want their son around, etc.
For what it’s worth, I’ve heard negatives about Frank all the way back to the LF7 recruitment in terms of how much recruits and families really like him. He seems to get the job done somehow.
