If you want something a little off the wall in Dublin take the DART (train) about an hour south to Bray, get out, and walk the short 7 km cliff trail to Greystones. Then eat at The Happy Pear and hop on the train 3 minutes away and go back to Dublin. You'll get sun and see the beautiful coastline on a nice leisurely walk.





I stayed at The Shelbourne and it was lovely. I recommend the Jameson tour if you like Irish whisky.
