Every morning, the very first thing I do is chug 4 bottles of water. Have done so for 10 years at this point.
If it's a weekday, make a protein shake that also has 16-20 oz of water in it.
Around 9:30 I have probably 30oz of black coffee. Then drink water throughout the day. One carbonated drink around 3 or 4.
Water again until midnight or so.
Her iasue was more electrolyte loss from sweating. Less over ingestion of water.
Hydrate BEFORE you need it. Not after. If you have to drink water after an hour outside, and you don't live in the desert, you were dehydrated to begin with.
