The ONLY reason he is saying this now is because he got arrested and is being prosecuted. Had that not happened he would still be carrying on the same behaviors. That is a hypocrite.

I am seeing alot of replies completely missing the point of the OP.
I honestly wasn't even trying to make any commentary on Tate or his legal issues. My commentary was directed at the weakness and watered down message coming from the modern Church. (And yes, of course there are exceptions and outliers, I am speaking for the majority).
Lots of people coming in here giving their opinions on Tate or some scandals within certain churches. My main point was young men aren't getting the message delivered to them in church, so they are seeking it elsewhere in the secular world.
