Seattle is like higher cost of living than prob most of the big cities in those states. What are you really getting in Seattle? Not cleaner air, not a cleaner city.

But you're comparing a city to states, when the OP is the "Top 10 cheapest states to live in"
Give me a town in Washington over a comparable town in Alabama any day of the week and twice on Sundays
