this reads exactly like a Facebook post my 60 year old Mom would forward to my personal email account, then txt me at 9PM on a Saturday night if i got her email.

I thought this was a place to share useful information, but alas trolls like you show up to try and ruin it. If it saves one life it’s worth it.
At least your mother is still there to check in on you, be happy you have that instead of complaining about her online.
