I know this can be a wide open subject.
I know cost of living is higher in Colorado especially mountain towns.
insurance probably being lower might offset the real estate costs?

If you're trying to buy in one of those mountain towns you better be ready to drop a truckload of cash.

It’s more affordable than areas in the Texas Hill Country.

I saw that. We were thinking of a condo, that way we can pay cash because the interest rates are not kind to borrowing money.
We aren’t in a rush this will probably be in 18 months - alot can change with life and the market
