How serious are you about watching the game? If you want to watch the game then avoid the bleachers. The Bleachers are a party and you'd find a lot of people there don't really care about the game. With a 3 year old the Bleachers could work since no one will really care about the 3 year old and what 3 year olds do, but the Bleachers are not as family friendly. Also seats along the outfield tend to be more about partying as well. Lower level right field and left field can be good places to watch the game. The more expensive and better the seats the more they tend to care about baseball there.

The bleacher fans are absolutely into the game, more than any other area of the stadium.
