I have never been randomly drug screened at work. In 2021, when I was hired by my current employer, I didn't even have to take a piss test as part of the background check.

Same. In 2022 went to new employer, no drug test. I had taken a drug test with every previous employer on new hires. But not in 2022 for whatever reason.
