Yep same for my dog until I switched her food from chicken based to lamb and/or salmon based.
Benadryl did provide us with some instant relief but if we didn’t just keep giving it to her she would get right back to it when it wore off.

I’ve given my dog activated charcoal on two occasions. It can be used if they ate something bad. Has worked great for me. Google for dosage.
