Not always. Saw one a couple weeks ago while fly fishing on the Chattahoochee north of Atlanta. Less a feeling of finding a $20-bill than it was opening up a National Geographic from the 1970s.

Exactly! This happened to me a few weeks ago. I was at the San Francisco airport riding the train from the rental cars to the terminals and a hotty in her late 20's just pulled her tight fitting tank top down with no bra on and popped her titty out and started feeding her baby. A solid C cup. It felt like I won the fricking lottery...
