Occasionally, especially in the summer in the search for AC, the odd homeless would find it's way down there and it would look Buddy the Elf in Manhattan. Cops usually got them out of there quick. Aside from that no it's basically all working folks going to lunch, getting coffee, getting dry cleaning and a hair cut, etc. I've only been a few times post COVID and it had cleared out quite a bit for sure.

Thats a shame it was pretty cool and plenty of good lunch spots in the 90s and early 2000s. The talent was very nice as well at that time.

I don’t remember any riff raft down there. Weird because don’t remember seeing much of a police presence. It seemed all corporate people, safe, and clean.

Would never work in Louisiana
