Does anyone have any experience gambling/staying overnight there? Pros and cons?

I'm headed down to meet the family next week at 30A from Atlanta. I was thinking about staying there one night before heading to the coast.

If you mean the place in Atmore, I think all they have is bingo/slots. Maybe I’m wrong.

I live in Bham and have never heard of anyone I know going there to gamble/stay the night (and I know a few degenerates).

If you’re not talking about the Creek Indian casino, maybe I’m missing something.

The one in wetumpka is very nice, the one in Atmore is older but still nice. Never stayed in that hotel tho, would be a great place to spend the night for what you’re doing

Be advised they don't have table games and the slots are based on bingo.

Dumbest shite I've ever seen.

Yes, I'm referring to the casino in Wetumpka.

Google maps lists it as Casino Alabama. So generic.

Are you saying the casino in Wetumpka doesn't have gaming tables?

I typically play roulette. I've never heard of a casino that didn't have gaming tables.

Correct. They are not real casinos. Other than the fact that you could lose a shitload of money.

While Alabama law has a wide definition of gambling, tribal casinos allow bingo as well as some forms of video gambling. Table games are not legal under Alabama law, so many like to cross the Mississippi where table games are more available within the neighboring state.

There isn’t a real casino anywhere in Alabama. Electronic bingo analogous to slots. No lottery either. Bama doesn’t do the gambling thing. The injuns are the reason we have what we have.

If you like playing slots you’ll love wetumpka. They have all the new games any casino in MS or LA would have, just no table games.

Don't know about the rooms at Windcreek in Atmore, but there casino is not very impressive and the buffet is horrible and expensive. The buffet has about 10 items and that's it! IMO, it's very trailer park like in the casino. It's more like a bingo hall atmosphere, not an upscale casino!

I've been to a few casinos in Alabama. They have a decent selection of games and the atmosphere is usually pretty lively. The accommodations are comfortable enough for an overnight stay, and it's a nice way to break up a long drive.

However, I've found that I prefer gambling online nowadays. There are plenty of newcasinonodeposit for no deposit bonuses that make it easy to get started without risking much money. Plus, the convenience of playing from home and the variety of games available online make it a better option for me.

Wind Creek Atmore is a fine place to stay the night. But there are no table games. So if you want to play cards, you are SOL.

If you want that, you'll have to hit up Biloxi.

I've stayed overnight at the casino in Wetumpka before on a drive to the Gulf, and it's honestly just average if you’re expecting a full casino vibe. The rooms are decent and the slots run 24/7, but yeah, no real tables for roulette or blackjack. I wasn’t super impressed with the food either, but it did the job if you keep your expectations modest. It's fine for breaking up a trip and blowing off steam for a few hours, but not much more.

These days, I actually like online options better since you get more variety and don’t need to drive anywhere. I found https://i-sabong.asia/, so you get that casino-type action from your phone or laptop. I came across sabong tournaments on this site and found it pretty fun when I wanted something different from the usual slots.
