Agree with this
Would add Bert Jones at 3rd however his college career was spotty mostly because no one they had could catch him.
Mett had great arm, threw frozen ropes, basically immobile, Peyton light( IQ wise)

Bert Jones was probably the best pure dropback passer the Tigers ever had, but that style of QB play is becoming a thing of the past.

There's anecdotal evidence Jones could loft a pass 100 yards. I never saw him actually do it, just heard about it during my high school days
