She didn't get recalled let it go!! Toya is the mayor for the next year and a half. She don't give a frick.
She will sleep where she wants, fly 1st class and get drunk at hotel bars and have yelling matches with residents.
That is what Toya do baby
The city was doomed before her. Past leadership was a little more covert. Toya is the embodiment of the culture.
Helena Moreno is the front runner ,for mayor she seems to be on the level but super liberal as well. Moreno's issue is she's not black and that is a problem.

yes, she is the front runner. i have no idea of her politics. I do know, however, she is not on the level. Simply no way she would be as bad as latoya though.
