Cost- high as giraffe arse unless covered by insurance. Compounder versions are an option but also really costly.

Dangers- None identified yet except some mild GI discomfort but I’d be willing to bet it’ll be less than being severely overweight.

Effectiveness- very impressive so far

Have had 2 family members, niece & nephew mid 40's, who lost 40 & 60 lbs. & 5 mths in, have maintained their loss. But as it is primarily for diabetics, not much insurance coverage out there, i.e. costly as noted here. Charles Barkley, the former NBA star, has lost over 60 lbs as well, so it does work.
