Centipede? Just weeds?
I know, sharpen my blades. I cut too much off at one time. Buy an extra A/C capacitor. Etc.

Dark now, will grab one in the morning and pull a rhizome.
It's not bermuda I know, highly doubt it's zoysia. Just making sure that's actual turf grass and I'm not going to kill it with MSM.

To be honest it looks mostly centipede with some St Aug mixed in

Centipede. From the looks of it the long slender shoots are centipede seed heads.

Looks like centipede to me as well - thinner blade, pointed leaf tips. Pull a runner (rhizome) and compare it to this photo - centipede on top - leaves are alternate along the stem; St. Augustine on bottom - leaves are opposite each other along the stem.
