Target is one of my rare moments of street walking brilliance.
Went to the target in the clearview mall last spring looking for some new bathing suits for the kids and a few odd household items.
Store was an absolute dump. Felt like a rummage store. This was second bad experience in a target store in a few months.
Went home and shorted the stock.
But I do think target is in trouble. I trust wal mart and I trust amazon. Every other everything retailer - good luck to you.

Don’t buy woke companies like Target. Ticking time bomb until they do something stupid.

I ordered a lamp for delivery from Target about 8 months back. They literally threw a lamp in a box and shipped it with no padding or foam. Just a lamp in an unmarked containerboard box. I returned it because it was smashed to bits during shipping. They promptly shipped another lamp in a box (no foam padding, no manufacturer container, etc.) and it also arrived broken in about 50 pieces. Tried a third time....and guess what, the same thing happened. Just took the refund then and ordered one from somewhere else.
3 lamps, 3 boxes, and 3 shipping labels only to refund the price entirely.
Anecdotal, but they seem to be struggling with e-commerce in ways that Wal Mart isn't. That's a red flag for me in what was late 2022.

Did Ben And Jerry’s ever give back the land which belonged to American Indians that they now own?
The strongly suggested everyone else should.

No they meant your land not their land. How do people not understand this simple fact?

Seriously - I bought first republic bank after it’s big initial drop because of course a top 20 bank isnt going to go poof over some online hysteria.

Could be worse.
Somewhere out there someone is still holding the AT&T that they bought for $42 in 1999.
