We can certainly debate the merits of including the photos in any material she made, “informative and interesting” or not.
But it doesn’t sound like she was charging money for just photos of a naked murdered child like the headline reads.

It’s sounds to me she made an episode of a show she does or some shite and a coroner discussed the injuries and photos are included.
You couldn’t pay me to view something like that but it’s far from selling dead kid photos just for the sake of profiting of the photos, isn’t it?

That shows you the horror of war. What was her purpose? The boy was murdered by his stepmother. No mystery. No need to explain an autopsy that the cause of death was established. What was the point of her having this if not to get people to pay and see?

That wasn’t an apology. And sadly there have always been deadophiles who get their rocks off looking at tortured or mutilated dead bodies. Guarantee that there are some of those sociopaths that post here on TD everyday.
