Short term rental monster. Has like 50 houses in the Southeast including a couple at 30A. Started off as the contractor other Airbnb owners used to handle their properties in college. Bought first house at 20 and snowballed. He’s sold a ton of homes along the way too.

He splits time between his house on Lake Burton and house in Alys Beach.
