Again, are gaslighting tactics being used today? It's ironic you say everyone around agrees with someone the government is lying, when it's clear in this thread alone, that is not true.

Everyone agrees that they are lying. They just disagree with each other about what the lies are. Sometimes it’s not even that extreme. If you talk to a lefty, a nationalist, and a libertarian (really most people who aren’t mainstream Democrats or Republicans); many of their criticisms of the government will be exactly the same. Their solutions are wildly different and the cultures that want to live in are incompatible so they will never work with each other
