The Chief was the all time leading scorer in high school history for a long time. To say that Randy Livingston is the best (Period) discounts lots of great players.
Sure, Randy was great in high school. But his skills didn’t translate, although I wish we could have seen what he had. I still remember that knee buckling and it made me sick to my stomach. I think Perry McDonald was the best I’ve personally ever seen. And I watched Livingston a ton.

The Chief was never the all time leading scorer in high school history. Greg Procell has held the title since his graduation in 1970. Procell scored almost as many points in his senior season as Chief did his whole high school career.
