I know the difference between an adjuster and a roofer. The adjuster was the guy who decided to pay for the new roof. The insurance agent sent out a roofer who told my elderly mother that my roofer didn’t know what he was talking about there was no hail damage and not to file a claim.
Get it?? This thread is about sleazy professionals and I’m giving an example of two.

Hoss, I’m a State Farm agent. We don’t do that. As a matter of fact, it’s illegal for me to pick a roofer and send them to a customers house.

I know you guys think everyone is out to frick you over, but that’s not the case.
