Taking it down to 100K isn't going to hurt the gameday atmosphere especially if it's full instead of 3/4 or 1/2 full. But also can't charge $300 a seat.

I completely agree. The competition these venues face is not other entertainment options, it's the attendees living room, big screen tv, kitchen, and restroom. You have to make it comfortable for people.
