The capacity doesn't need to be expanded, but it also doesn't need to be drastically reduced the way some people have suggested.

Turn 5-8 thousand into some sort of party deck, make more seats chair backs, improve concessions drastically, cut out some of the garbage music, feature the band more, and all is good.

No stadium with 100,000+ is selling out every game. Reduce slightly and make those improvements. It's as good as you'll get anywhere.
