Spend $15 and download the GuideALong (Gypsy) app with the Yellowstone Tour. It uses GPS and tells you about everything as you approach. Travel unencumbered by a bus schedule. See what you want, learn a lot along the way. Most of Yellowstone is a big figure 8 set of roads. Not a lot of options on where you drive.

This is perfect, my parents aren’t going to want to move around much and they can stay in there own vehicle

Agree. Took one bus tour and didn’t like it at all.
IMO, Yellowstone is more interesting than pretty. I much preferred Teton. I say that because a bus tour may stop at a lot of places I’d want to skip and/or stay there longer than I’d like.
Don’t get me wrong, parts of Yellowstone are beautiful.

I love those tours. They’ve helped me enjoy my national park trips so much more. Make sure you keep your phone plugged in to charge while using it though. I think maybe the constant gps mixed with no cell signal and Bluetooth audio use drains your phone.
I can’t recommend these tours enough.
