I've seen...
Shang Chi (was okay - didn't love it, didn't hate it)
Spider-Man: No Way Home (absolutely freaking loved it)
Multiverse of Madness (had some decent bits, but really was just good for spectacle - Wanda's turn, even if you watched Wandavision, still makes no damned sense)
Thor: Love and Thunder (absolutely awful waste of Thor's best villain not named Loki)
TV Shows, I've seen...
Wandavision (Started really interesting, petered out...)
Falcon & Winter Soldier (meh - very forgettable villain)
Loki (liked more than I disliked, best acting of the live action TV shows)
What If...? (A guilty pleasure, I enjoyed most of these)
Hawkeye (Was not bad. Of the "Young Avengers", Lady Hawkeye is probably the best written in the comics and they did pretty okay with her. The fight scene with Yolena was pretty amusing)
Two episodes of She-Hulk (UGH. It's only redeeming quality is when Daredevil shows up and even he wasn't able to save it)
