I heard it was one massive party for Dega and Daytona. I’m starting to believe that the downfall of NASCAR is congruent with the erosion of the middle class.

Late 90’s was definitely peak NASCAR. Everything has been downhill since Earnhardt died and instead of correcting missteps, NASCAR leadership continues to double down and even expand on those bad ideas. I can’t tell you the last race I watched.
