Check out Stirling Soap Company. It’s a mom and pop shop out of Booneville, Arkansas. They have some reasonably priced safety razors. Most are going to have a 3 to 3.5 inch handle though. Stirring also has very nice and reasonably prices shave soap. I’ve been ordering from them for several years and really enjoy their shave soaps.
Edit: a bigger diameter on the razors is going to be even harder to find.

Riverside, After reading you comments (I have used a safety razor for 5 years) I ordered from Stirling Soaps, I don't think I could be more impressed with service or product!!
