Or they are withholding that he's black so they can discuss it all day today instead of Independence Day. Though he is in custody and seems to be known he is a black guy.
Fox News is saying the best description is "he is a man in his 40s" and that's it.
Daily Beast article I read has it as "a black man in his 40s". It was deep down in the article but at least they said it.
