Does anyone have any recommendation for their favorite home security lights? Ones that operate from switch, dusk to dawn settings, bright and leds?

The dusk to dawn will save you a lot of aggravation.
Make sure your lights have covers/shields on them if you have neighbors. There is such thing called " light trespass"
Our neighbors don't and the owner is an absolute cock about it and I mean serious, overblown, unnecessary brightness. He thinks it makes up for his tiny dick, I suppose.

Not exactly what your asking for, but I have a pair of ring security/flood lights that I put up a few years ago when replacing some old flood lights. I removed the switch from the equation to keep them powered on 24/7. Work great as flood lights, can set activation times in the app and of course you get the video feed regrets.

no ragrets.

ring security/flood lights

Funny, but I was thinking of something similar when I saw this thread. I have 9 EZVIZ C8W Pro 4mm Cameras around the perimeter of our house. They have built in spotlights and AI human detection/tracking. Its great when we walk outside. The closest cameras will track me as I walk putting the spotlights right where I want them. Now an intruder at night, you're going to feel like you're trying to break into a prison and prison guards are shining lights right on you and they track your every move. I could also make the spot lights function as strobe lights and/or with siren sound or any customized recording if I wanted, but I just like a silent solid spot light that tracks human movement upon detection when it's dark. That's intimidating enough if you're not supposed to be on my property. I can easily change how the cameras and spotlights behave, plus watch them all live simultaneously on our phones. The spotlights are small so they are not super bright like dual flood lights, but as a security deterrent, it should make a potential intruder feel like, hey we see you and are tracking your every move. Our phones are notified when they detect humans or vehicles with a different sound. They still do get some false alarms but a lot less than if we set them to detect any motion.

I built my own dusk to dawns because the ones you buy in stores are overpriced pieces of junk.

Go to electric supply store and buy a mount with bulb sockets (my have to do some wiring but it’s super simple), quality LED bulbs, and a photocell. Spray paint to desired color (cover photocell lense). Pre-Covid, it was like $15 a piece to make and the quality was actually commercial grade.
