Pretty much 9/10 for the SEC. And it's not like Southern Miss isn't in between 3 or 4 other SEC schools The south rules baseball.

If we're being honest with ourselves, the Gulf Cost doesn't have MLB teams. You have the Astros in Houston and Braves in Atlanta but between that there's nothing. That's why college baseball matters so much down here, and I'll go a step further and say that's why CFB matters a lot too. Not sure about basketball but the south is rich in football and baseball talent, I don't think it's as concentrated in basketball talent as those

I’m with you, but you forgot Tampa and Miami as Gulf Coast pro teams.

Sorta could agree until you see Texas A&M is on the list, but then Georgia isn't

Georgia wasn't any good this year, till you realize neither were Ole Piss and State.

Can't explain what's going on out west, but certainly up north the season starts too early. Can't play baseball in the snow

There’s NFL teams in New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, and Charlotte. Plenty of options for fans down here.

The SEC just loves football period. P
