My advice...
Do NOT upsize your house
Get off TD and go to the white coat investor forum
Don't piss away money on a big house.
My wife and I (both doctors) have a mortgage that is 1/3 our gross and the freedom you have without being saddled with debt is priceless. Particularly as a new attending...

You mean your monthly note is 33% of take home or your total house is worth 1/3 of y’all’s take home salary?
