I feel we’ve seen some AD statements when a head coach up and leaves unexpectedly for a lateral job, perhaps with better pay.

But a baseball head coach releasing a statement regarding his assistant leaving? That’s a first for me.

we all know its strange that would drop a statement for an assistant with the baseball team.. bigger question who the AD dept or PR dept thought this statement was good. Bunch of whiney bitches running things? i think no statement at all would have said more.
