One bath and closet

I’m buying a house with a jacuzzi tub and the wife isn’t down with that. I’m going to need to get it ripped out and replaced. Anyone have experience with one bath and closet? I only know of them from hearing the ads on the radio so if there is another contractor you can recommend, I’m open to that too. In the prairieville area. Thanks.

I said prairieville area…aka Gonzales ??
Trading it for a soaking tub is the plan but they’re going to have to take out some surround and then I’m sure add some tile around it.
