Regrets following gender transition are extremely rare and have become even rarer as both surgical techniques and social support have improved. Pooling data from numerous studies demonstrates a regret rate ranging from .3 percent to 3.8 percent. Regrets are most likely to result from a lack of social support after transition or poor surgical outcomes using older techniques.
Now I provided a link which includes their methodology and link to abstracts of studies if you want to take a look at it. If you have link you would like to provide that counters their data I'd like to see it.
I still take issue with the gender affirming care model with minors for many reasons but with regards to adults regretting their decision to transition.. it seems according to the current data anyway, pretty low.
