Well past 50 and still running just not as fast or as far but I still enjoy it

Yeah I can still do it and enjoy it per se. but the enjoyment is short lived as the body pain starts making me enjoy it a lot less.
I do have a bike, actually two. I think I’ve resigned myself to just take up biking. Maybe shoot for a century ride or something next year.
On one hand it kicks me in the nuts, but then I also have to just be thankful that I can do anything at the age of 50 as there are others either no longer here or have conditions where they can’t even walk
