Paul was a great coach. He was better than good. He is a Hall of Famer.

I think the bat changes, ballpark changes in Omaha, and the rest of the SEC catching up and passing LSU and someways had a lot to do with the number of championships. He wasn’t competing in skip days. I believe if he is at LSU given where the program was when smoke took over, he wins more than one for sure.
