One or more of the witnesses could say "Trump showed them to me. They appeared to be ______"
Or they didn't see them at all and have no way of knowing what they were, and then simply for the purposes of charges to that particular document it would be irrelevant.
But it appears they aren't charging him with the Iranian Doc anyway? So its a framing device.
