MLB pitchers are soft now. The elites use to throw 250+ innings easy and tons of CG. Now they're much more reliant on middle relief.

Truth is, people THOUGHT reducing pitch counts would reduce injuries. The simple fact is it hasn’t. It made sense to think that would work, but it hasn’t at all and people haven’t adjusted so the narrative is still there
