That’s awesome man! My son asked if we could go to Omaha, I said only if they make it to the finals.. when Tommy White hit that bomb I knew then I was in for an expensive plane ticket!
So worth it, got my boy with me going to Omaha. This is my first time as well! This is a dream come true for me. I was his age during our 90s run.
Just got to Des Moines, will know if they gave my car away and if we will be hitch hiking to Omaha.

Same. I was 12 and in the stands when Warren Morris hit the walk off. That moment turned me into a baseball lifer in an instant
