There is a very solid theory floating the "Titanic" ship that hit the ice berg was not originally named the 'Titanic". Speculation is that the Olympic, which was damaged in a 1911 collision with the HMS Hawke, a British warship, was sunk in place of the Titanic as part of an insurance fraud scheme to build an entirely new boat with the Titanic’s policy.

Also, there is the murderous claim that the Titanic was sunk to kill three powerful men opposed to the creation of the Federal Reserve — Benjamin Guggenheim, Isidor Straus and John Jacob Astor. Yep, those were some pretty powerful fellas.

Of course J. P. Morgan, who loved the Federal Reserve idea and funded the building of both boats, cancelled his trip aboard the "Titanic" at the very last minute.

Was it for the insurance or federal reserve? Please, do tell us, JP!!
