Did the world renowned WF pitching lab cost them the game?

They took their undefeated ace out too early and it could’ve extended the game with their better relievers.

Yes. They read the WAPO and are scared of pitches.

Skenes pitches until he decides he’s done. Not arbitrarily. It was the difference.

The lab never had to see LSU bats for a 3 game series..

Yes! If that kid pitches one more inning, I don’t know if we win.

The funniest part to me is that LSU also has a pitching lab, *and* a hitting lab

Eh....that's all second-guessing....one bad pitch was the difference in this game...WF's pitchers were pretty good as were ours....

He would not been out there in the 11th inning. If he stayed, who knows, maybe we end the game sooner. You can't Monday morning QB those decisions.

That’s my point. Skenes had a great night but it was obviously time for him to sit. I think Wake could have gotten it one more inning out of their starter and their first reliever was lights out.

Things lined up perfectly for us at the end with the top of the order coming up. We
