Same here. My house is in an old neighborhood. 1600sqft is more than enough for the three of us because we usually in the same room together. It’s a 3BR but we rarely use the 3rd one so I don’t see why we need a 2500sqft 4BR house. Plus cleaning a smaller house is much better.
