I am reporting exactly what they are saying on FOX 10 with Jason Smith, who is a very good meteorologist. They has been covering this live since 12:45. ( I have nothing else to go but sit here watch this and take my meds via IV right now) I have closed captioning on and I am freezing it to make sure I am getting it correct.
