Mt Princeton is an easy one if you want a more relaxed hike. Scrambling and a pretty steep pitch at the end but a beginner hike if altitude adjusted. Park in St Elmos. Great views and nearby hot springs. Not a notable hike but nice and scenic and one I enjoyed. I love that area-the Ivys.

Princeton is a great hike but puts him a decent bit away from Breck.
Cant argue the hot springs though.
