someone mentioned Bierstadt, look at Grays and Torrys as well; they're slightly closer to Breck and there's a saddle between them so it's common to bag both in the same climb.

Do Grays and Torreys. We did a full moon ascent without needing headlamps, caught sunrise on Grays, then bagged Torreys after a snack and sunrise on Grays.
Combo standard route LINK
after leaving Torreys summit, you go back down the saddle back towards Grays, but not all the way up the peak again. You'll cut lower across the face of Grays to catch up with the original trail and make your way back down from there. If there's still a snowfield on that face, glissading is fun and saves some time/steps, if you know how to glissade and stop. If you don't know how to stop and slide through the end of the snowfield into the rocks, you're gonna have a bad time.
I've done DeCaLiBron, great hike and views, but it sounds like landowner issues are now greater than just trying bag Bross.
I've also done Sherman one July 4th about 7-8 years ago. Easy hike, views aren't bad. We had some weather moving in and really didn't stay up top for long.
